1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms apply to the Play Logica mobile game, website, backend services, events, leaderboards, store, and support workflows. You must meet the age rating and rules that apply in your country. Parental or guardian permission is required where applicable.
2. Limited license
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable right to use Play Logica. You do not acquire ownership of the application or services.
3. Player accounts and security
Your account may be created with an internal Player ID and linked to a supported platform account. You are responsible for activity through your account, the security of your device, and the appropriateness of your nickname. Misleading, abusive, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing nicknames may be removed.
Disconnecting Google Play Games does not automatically delete your Play Logica account. Use the in-app deletion flow or the account-deletion page.
4. Coins, tickets, and other virtual items
Coins, Event Tickets, Ticket Shards, badges, XP, and other game values are limited virtual rights for use within Play Logica. They are not money, a bank balance, or transferable property; they cannot be redeemed for cash or sold between players.
Virtual values and rewards may change for game balance, bug fixes, security, or abuse prevention. Balances created through errors, duplication, or misuse may be corrected, without affecting verified purchase rights.
5. In-app purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store and are subject to the relevant store’s payment, cancellation, and refund rules. Play Logica does not receive your card or banking details.
Delivery depends on store-receipt and server verification. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund, and unused virtual balances on a deleted account may not be recoverable. Mandatory consumer and store refund rights remain unaffected.
6. Optional rewarded ads
Play Logica may offer player-initiated rewarded ads. Watching an ad is optional. A reward is granted only after successful confirmation by the ad provider and backend. Network, inventory, or verification failures may prevent a reward from being issued.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use cheats, bots, automation, memory editing, or client manipulation,
- Attempt to bypass the API to access locked chapters or puzzles,
- Fabricate coins, tickets, rewards, scores, purchases, or leaderboard results,
- Disrupt, scrape, overload, exploit, or access the service without authorization,
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the application beyond what applicable law permits,
- Harass users or use inappropriate nicknames or content.
Where security or abuse is suspected, access may be restricted, invalid transactions reversed, or an account suspended or closed.
8. Game content and intellectual property
The Play Logica name, visual design, stories, puzzles, characters, text, software, and other content belong to Play Logica or relevant rights holders. These Terms do not grant commercial-use or derivative-work rights.
Feedback submitted through support or testing may be used to improve the game without publicly identifying you. You must not submit material that infringes another person’s rights.
9. Changes and availability
The game is under development. Chapters, events, prices, rewards, features, languages, device support, and server behavior may change. Service may be unavailable during maintenance, security response, store review, or technical incidents. Continuous, error-free availability is not guaranteed.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” Except for mandatory consumer rights, liability for indirect loss, data or progress loss, connection failures, or outages caused by third-party store or advertising services is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Account deletion, changes, and contact
You may delete your account through the app or the web deletion page. We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Non-waivable consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
