Fastest method: delete in the app
- 1Open Play Logica
Use the device where the player account you want to delete is active.
- 2Go to Settings → Account
Find the Account card on the Settings screen.
- 3Tap Delete Account
Read the warning and confirm with “Delete Permanently.”
- 4Wait for server confirmation
After successful deletion, the local session is cleared and the game restarts to create a new account.
Submit a web request if you cannot access the app
The button below opens a prefilled email. Include information that helps us verify that you control the account.
Include in your email
- Player ID or Guest ID — shown under Settings → Account in the app,
- Your platform: Android or iOS,
- Your Google Play Games display name, if applicable,
- A clear statement requesting deletion of the account and associated game data.
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, or your Google password.
We normally aim to complete verified web requests within 30 days. We will notify you if additional verification or a legal retention requirement applies.
Information deleted
Account and profile
Profile, nickname, language, avatar/title, and linked-platform identity connections associated with the internal Player ID.
Game progress
Chapter and puzzle completions, unlocks, XP, rank, badges, streaks, event runs, scores, mistakes, times, and hints.
Game economy
Coin, Event Ticket, Ticket Shard, daily-reward, and in-game reward/balance records.
Session data
Active refresh/access tokens, device session, and usable session records linked to the account.
Information that may be retained in limited form
After deletion, we may retain only what is necessary for:
- Google Play or App Store transaction identifiers and accounting records,
- Refund, chargeback, fraud, and security investigations,
- Legal obligations or an ongoing dispute,
- Anonymous or aggregated statistics that no longer identify you.
Limited retention does not keep your player account active.
Important consequences
- Account deletion cannot be undone.
- Deleting Play Logica does not delete your Google Account or Play Games profile.
- Deletion does not automatically refund store purchases.
- Opening the game again may create a new Player ID with empty progress.
